Ensuite shower

The Challenge

Removal of a seldom used jacuzzi tub thereby creating more usable space for a nice big custom tiled shower. To maintain structural integrity of the existing subfloor while reconfiguring the existing plumbing below.

The Solution

Careful positioning of the new shower drain made for minimal drilling of holes in the existing subfloor keeping in mind new ceiling lighting locations in the new kitchen below. The extra ensuite space also made proper room for his/hers vanities.
