WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

VISION CASTING

In our initial “vision casting” meeting we’ll go over your desired outcome and define the project scope. This is a time to discuss all the possibilities and ask all your questions!

DESIGN

During the design phase we’ll draft a budget and a timeline for the entire project for you to sign off on, and then sign a contract. We’ll work with the architects, line up trades, and apply for permits, making sure every detail is accounted for before we begin construction.

BUILD

Beginning with breaking ground or demolition, we’ll enter into the exciting building phase of your renovation. After framing and restructuring is complete, we’ll bring in sub-trades and utility services. Each professional we work with is committed to the vision of high-quality craftsmanship, built to last.

FINISHING

The work of “finishing” is key in making your project really come to life. Once all the inner workings are crafted to perfection, we cover it all up with drywall, trim, and then paint. We add fixtures and hardware, and if requested, bring in the decorators to stage the space.

COMPLETION

Once everything is completed, we hand-off the keys and break out the champagne!
