Building from the ground up is one of our specialties. With 20+ years experience with foundations and framing, we can take your perfected architectural drawings and bring your dream home to life. Whether you’re working with a builder or have become accredited to manage your own new home build (find more information here), we’ll frame each feature with care and precision.
WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

VISION CASTING
In our initial “vision casting” meeting we’ll go over your architectural plans and discuss the project scope. If you’re working with a builder, you don’t necessarily even need to be a part of this initial meeting. If you’ve become accredited to be your own builder, you can ask us any of the questions you may have and we’ll walk you through the best practices for our working relationship and the framing portion of your home build.

BUILD
The building stage is exactly what it sounds like: forming and filling the foundation of your home, framing the walls and roof, and installing the exterior windows and doors.

LOCK UP
Once the interior is completely framed and the exterior of your home is completely built and sealed, it’s reached “lock up” stage! Since we are not registered home builders, we cannot take your home any farther and at this point we hand you the champagne, the keys, and the project! Congratulations!
